The debates surrounding Adolf Hitler's death have raged for decades. Even 80 years after the end of World War II, there are those who doubt: did the Führer really shoot himself in the Berlin bunker? Perhaps he fled to South America, as many of his aides did? These doubts were largely fueled by the fact that the Soviet Union for many years kept silent about what exactly was found in May 1945 and where the remains of the most terrifying dictator of the 20th century ultimately ended up.
This article examines the phenomenon of exacerbations of chronic adenoiditis as a common disease of the upper respiratory tract, predominantly occurring in childhood. Based on an analysis of pathogenic mechanisms, clinical manifestations, and modern treatment methods, a comprehensive picture of this pathological condition is reconstructed. Particular attention is given to differential diagnosis, factors provoking exacerbations, and therapeutic intervention strategies that enable resolution of the acute process and prevention of its relapses.
